There were three different Guernsey Cow special runs, plus the original release. They were all very similar, with subtle differences, and someday I hope to have comparison photos. They were all mostly a spotted dark palomino or chestnut color, white legs and tan or grey hooves, solid face with white nose and grey or pink tip, white tail tuft, and all white or pinking on udder.
Around 1983-1985, this special run had chestnut horns and a white udder. Estimated very few were made.
In 1988, this special run was the polled version (without horns) as #415341, and an estimated 200 models were sold through Bentley Sales Co and other mail order companies. This release may have udders that are pink, and grey hooves.
In 1993, this special run was also the polled version and released in the Dairy Cow Assortment #410693. 200 models were made for Bentley Sales. This release is very similar to the 1988 version, but maybe more pinking on the nose.
