Black Blanket Appaloosa with bald face and pink or grey nose. Has the round Breyer Molding Co Copyright Stamp, and around 1970 the USA Stamp was added. Some models have the B Stamp.
In 1969, Gamble-Aldens Christmas Catalog released this model as the Running Stallion with Grooming Kit, and included a brown vinyl pack saddle and comb, toothbrush, nail file and nail clipper.
In 1973 and 1975, this model was available through JC Penney (#920-2698) with the matching Lying Foal.
