Chestnut with darker mane and tail, 4 or various stockings, grey or black hooves and a solid face. Released as #5026 and was available from 1975-1987. Originally sculpted by Maureen Love for Hagen-Renaker. Models are stamped with Copyright Breyer Molding Co 1975; however, early releases did not have a stamp. These models were made from the heavier Cellulose Acetate plastic.
This color and pattern ended in 1987, but started up again in 1991-1994 as #5141/5600 (see separate record).
Side Note: Early releases are assumed to have no mold stamp - still researching that for this color.
